International Shipping
The destination party of international shipments are responsible for the cost of customs, taxes, and duties. All packages are subject to inspection. Allowed commodities and items vary by country.
Domestic Shipping
All shipments are subject to inspection. A signature is required on the ‘declaration value form’ if no insurance is to be added to the shipment.
Shipping Terms
Action, the Shipping Depot is not liable for any damages after the package leave our location or our truck.
Declared Value
Customer may be required to provide a bill, invoice, or receipt that verifies the value of the items shipped in the event of a claim. Shippers declare the release value of the package to be $100.00, unless a greater amount is stated on shipping order form. Insurance is not included in the price quoted and must be obtained separately by shipper. Packaging must meet carrier’s requirements.
Packaging
All packaging is done in-house. Packaging is done to meet carrier’s requirements. All packaging is subject to WA State sales tax.
Quotes
Quotes are only estimates. No final price is provided until items have been packaged and weighed.
Pick-Ups by Action
Action, the Shuipping Depot offers a pick-up service. We require a 24 hour notice. If the pick-up requires immediate notice (minimum 3 hours) there is a $150 charge.
Third Party Deliveries
Action, the Shipping Depot will receive freight shipments to our location for a fee of $45. This minimum fee is subject to higher costs depending on package sizes and quantities. A $75 fee will be charged for storage of items held longer the 5 days. Ground and Express shipments are received with no service charge but are subject to the storage fee after 5 days.
